Terms Of Service

By enlisting my services and commissioning me, you are agreeing to adhere to my terms of service. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in cancelations and a refund will be sent. The refund will be determined depending on progress made.

⟡I, as artist, own all rights to the artwork commissioned. Thus these works are forbidden from being turned into NFTs or utilized by AI. I am also able to use watermarked copies of the art for examples and promo on my socials.⟡ I reserve the right to decline commission requests if I am uncomfortable fulfilling it. This could be due to my current skill level or if the request falls under anything listen in my "can't do" list.

Payment Details
⟡Note my prices are listed in CAD
⟡Commissions are to be paid fully via ko-fi or paypal via invoice.
⟡Do not send any payments until instructed to do so.
⟡Once payments are sent there will be no refunds or cancellations ( except in the case of a cancelation made on my behalf e.g. client not adhering to TOS).•───────•°•❀•°•───────•
My Process
✧ Once payment is sent, I will get started on the sketch. We're in this together now ୧༼✿ ͡◕ д ◕͡ ༽୨
✧Once the sketch is done I'll send it over to get approval to move onto linework. During the sketch phase I implore you to inform me of anything edits/changes. If it's already at the colouring phase or completed edits will result in extra fees e.g. 10-20 CAD. So please make my job easier and save yourself money by being vocal!
✧After the lineart is approved I'll move onto flat colours and the shading/rendering (depending on the commission type).
✧When the commission is complete I'll send over files via google drive. These will include watermarked and unwatermarked PNG versions at 300 dpi. Other formats can be included upon request.
✧Please note that commissions can take up to 3 months to be completed depending on the complexity, my schedule IRL, my health, etc. I will be sure to keep clients updated! Clients are also encouraged to ask for progress pics if it's been awhile.
I can be slow sometimes due to artblock as well (T^T). Just know that I am doing my best to provide y'all with my best work!
✧Rude or inappropriate behaviour throughout the process will result in a cancellation of your commission. Refunds will be made based on progress already completed e.g. I'd keep 25% of payment if it's just in the sketch phase, 50 % for lineart, etc.

Clients are able to:
✧ Use commissions for personal use e.g. icons, prints, pins, keychains, banners, etc. as long as it's small scale/not for profit
✧Post their completed commission online with proper credit to me, the artist.•───────•°•❀•°•───────•
